WORK SERVICES PROGRAM
ABLE Industries provides employment and training opportunities for adults with disabilities. Evaluation, assessment, job skill development, extended job training, off-site job training, living skills, and supportive services are provided to those individuals who, at referral, are not ready for competitive employment. Paid work is the “rehabilitation tool” enabling individuals to acquire skills critical to enhanced vocational independence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Documented disability with description of functional limitations
- Appropriate agency referral packets to include medical/psychological information
- Ability to direct and control basic self-care needs
- Statement of health and clearance to be free from communicable diseases

- Development of interpersonal/social skills
- Work maturity skills
